Up for sale is an antique Patek Philippe lady’s brooch watch, 18K yellow gold case, case no. 237058, movement no. 128468, open face, basin-style, 32mm in diameter, case middle and bezel are engraved, caseback is decorated with blue flinqué enamel and a star with a rose-cut diamond, enamel dial with Dauphine-style numerals, small seconds, comes with an extract from the archives. The brooch watch is in excellent condition.

This extraordinary Patek Philippe brooch watch, dating back to 1904, is a rare jewel of horological artistry. Its case is adorned with deep royal blue flinqué enamel—a translucent layer applied over intricate guilloché engraving, also known as flinqué enamel. The result is a mesmerizing interplay of light and depth, evoking ripples of moonlight across still water.   At the center of the case and flowing seamlessly onto the bezel is a hand-engraved scroll pattern of tendrils (see Figure 14 and 15), a continuous botanical pattern echoing the elegance of early 20th-century decorative arts. The dial features elongated Dauphine-style numerals—geometric, faceted, and refined. Like the matching Dauphine hands, these numerals catch the light from every angle, enhancing the watch's sculptural beauty.

Commissioned over 120 years ago as a bespoke jewelry timepiece for its original owner, this watch is truly one-of-a-kind. The inner dust cover bears the family crest, and the enamel has aged to perfection—smooth, luminous, and impeccably preserved. It is, without question, one of the finest examples I have ever encountered.   百达翡丽古董女士胸针怀表，18K黄金材质表壳，表壳编号：237058，机芯编号：128468，开面盆式（bassine）表壳，表径32mm，前后表壳连接的中间位置及表圈，都做了细致的手工雕刻装饰，皇家蓝的半透明高级玑镂珐琅工艺，底盖中间镶嵌一颗玫瑰式切割古董老钻，少见的Dauphine式样阿拉伯数字时标，下沉式秒针小表盘，附官方调取文档，整表完美品相。   这是一枚来自1904年的古董百达翡丽胸针怀表，浓郁深邃的皇家蓝珐琅是当时最高级的flinqué（半透明玑镂雕花底珐琅，又称弗林克珐琅），层次丰富，静谧深邃，呈现出光影流动的效果。

表壳上的手工雕刻的精美茛苕纹装饰一直延绵到表圈(图14,15)，连续不断。表盘上细长的几何风格数字是罕见的Dauphine字体，在光照下展现立体感，视觉上更锐利与Dauphine 指针有异曲同工之妙。

这是120多年前百达翡丽为当时的表主人定制的珠宝时计，独此一枚，防尘盖上有表主家族的徽标，珐琅保存得温润无瑕，是我见过品相最好的。
