A wildly rare Patek Philippe ladies’ wristwatch, Ref. 4290/2, case no. 2764278, movement no. 1276904. Crafted in 18K yellow gold, the elegant oval case features an exquisite woven “rope” finish. The watch is fitted with its original lapis lazuli stone dial, preserved in remarkable condition.
 
The bracelet was specially crafted at the atelier of George L’ Enfant, executed in solid 18K yellow gold with a finely braided, textured design—an exceptional example of artisanal goldsmithing.
 
The watch is powered by the manually wound Cal. 16-250 movement. It is accompanied by an Extract from the Archives and the original presentation box. The watch remains in brand-new condition.
 
The watch was originally sold by Patek Philippe on December 7, 1977, and represents a highly collectible vintage timepiece of significant historical importance and exceptional craftsmanship. It has since been acquired by a distinguished collector from Puerto Rico.
