Here is a Patek Philippe vintage classic lady’s wristwatch, Ref. 4500/1, Case no. 2795001, Movement no. 1405565, 18K white gold, bezel with 72 diamonds approx. 0.92ct., metallic blue Sunburst dial with 4/4 diamond hour markers, Cal. 16-250 manual winding movement, comes with an extract from the archives dated November 16th. 2023 and the original box. The watch is in excellent condition. 
 
The featured 1980s Patek Philippe Ref. 4500/1 was offered in both yellow and white gold, but the white gold version is more preferable. The Patek Philippe’s signature blue sunburst dial stands out more on the white gold version, amplifying the watch’s quiet elegance. Sunburst: a brush with metal bristles is used with the abrasive paste to create rays spreading from the center to the edges of the dial. This requires an extremely steady hand. When the completed dial pivots on its Z-axis, it will reveal a glorious sunburst effect. Most striking of all, four full‑cut (4/4) brilliant diamonds mark the hours, exemplifying Patek Philippe’s exceptional craftsmanship, where true mastery reveals itself in the smallest of measures.
