Here is a Patek Philippe vintage lady’s jewelry wristwatch, Ref. 4277/1, case no. 2779122, movement no. 1410327, 18K yellow gold, bezel set with 64 factory brilliant-cut diamonds, total weight approx. 3.04 ct. (per Extract), original velvet-finished gilt dial with applied 12 yellow gold and ebony baton indexes, confirmed manufacture year 1984, fitted with leather strap and original 18K yellow gold tang buckle, accompanied by original box and Patek Philippe extract from the archives, excellent overall condition throughout.
 
This jewelry Patek Philippe lady’s wristwatch, created in the 1980s, ranks among the maison’s more lavish works. While Patek Philippe is renowned for its poised, understated elegance, and, unlike contemporaneous Piaget creations, usually employs gemstones only as subtle accents, this piece is boldly dressed in more than three carats of brilliant-cut diamonds. Such heavy gem-setting is a rarity within the brand’s feminine canon and is therefore especially sought-after.
 
Because every example was set with diamonds that differed slightly in size and total carat weight, the watch carried no single retail price. Period price lists marked the reference with an asterisk, adding the note “price varies with diamond weight”, to signal that each piece was individually costed.

这枚诞生于上世纪八十年代的百达翡丽珠宝女表，设计华丽，要知道百达翡丽向来以内敛含蓄优雅见长，与同时期的伯爵女表相比，百达翡丽女表大多仅作点睛式镶嵌，鲜少铺陈大量宝石，因而在其女表谱系中，钻石总重逾 3 克拉的款式已属繁工之作，尤显珍罕。
 
此类镶嵌宝石的时计，因所用宝石的颗粒尺寸与总重有所差异，售价难以一概而论。故在当时的官方价目表上，往往以星号 * 标注：价格随宝石重量调整，以示个别订价之意。
