Up for sale is a vintage Patek Philippe wristwatch, Ref. 3357/7, 18K white gold, Case no. 2688657, Movement no. 1244361, the bezel containing 22 round brilliant cut diamonds weighing 2.87 ct., Cal. 13,5, manual winding movement with Geneva Seal, 18K integrated bracelet, comes with an extract from the archives and an original box, the watch is in excellent condition.
 
This Patek Philippe ladies' watch, crafted in 1971, stands out to me for three key reasons:
- The movement with the Geneva Seal, a hallmark of exceptional craftsmanship. Out of the hundreds of vintage Patek Philippe ladies' watches I’ve collected and sold over the years, fewer than 1% feature the Geneva Seal — it’s exceedingly rare and typically reserved for the maison’s most important women’s references.
- The original factory-set diamonds total nearly 3 carats, which is remarkable. Compared to Piaget timepieces from the same era, Patek Philippe’s designs are generally more understated, and it's uncommon to find vintage models with over 2 carats of original diamonds.
- The watch is made of white gold, which is significantly rarer than yellow gold. Most vintage Patek Philippe ladies' references were produced in yellow gold, while only a small number were offered in white gold, either as an option or exclusively. Rose gold and platinum versions are even more scarce.
 
Altogether, this vintage Patek Philippe exemplifies what collectors cherish most: mechanical excellence, elegant jewel-like presence, and genuine rarity.

- 白金数量远比黄金少得多，几乎所有百达翡丽古董女表型号都有黄金材质，少部分型号兼具/仅有白金材质，玫瑰金和铂金则更少见了。
