Here is a Patek Philippe vintage women’s diamond watch, 18K solid yellow gold, special octagonal shaped case, champagne diamond dial with 12 round brilliant cut diamond hour markers, fixed 18K solid yellow gold bezel set with approximately 44 round brilliant cut diamonds, 18K solid yellow gold bracelet set with approximately 220 round brilliant cut diamonds, which was made by Jean-Pierre Ecoffey for Patek Philippe (JPE stamped ). The watch is in excellent condition and is hard to find.
