Up for sale is an incredible vintage Piaget cuff watch, Ref. 9467 D59, 18K yellow gold, case no. 194171, movement no. 710611, innovative trapezium-shaped box with round corners, off-centered case made of hammered yellow gold, black onyx dial, ultra-thin hand-wound 9P movement, comes with original box and a valuation from Piaget official. The watch is in excellent condition.
Piaget cuff, ref. 9467 D59 — forged in 1970 at the height of the maison’s creative crescendo and long regarded as the crown jewel of its vintage canon. A trapezoidal case with softened corners floats inside an open-work bracelet of hammered 18K gold: clean, architectural lines balanced by an almost sensual lightness. No wonder critic Jack Forster once likened the design to “the rib cage of a seagull”.
Created in Piaget’s golden era, this piece holds special significance. In 2015, Piaget paid homage with a unique dual-time re-edition (opal for day, black onyx for night) priced at US $260,000 (see picture 15). The piece offered here, however, is the original — boxed, accompanied by an official Piaget valuation, and powered by the ultra-thin calibre 9P.
The moment the clasp clicked shut, ribbons of hammered gold caught the light and raced along my pulse; the onyx dial deepened, dark and clear as midnight water. In that instant, it was as if Piaget’s artisans were reaching across half a century to greet me. This isn’t ordinary beauty — Solid as sculpture, fluid as a symphony — bold yet perfectly balanced.

该作品诞生于伯爵黄金年代，意义非凡，也正因如此，伯爵于2015年特别复刻了唯一一枚致敬之作(图15)：双时区设计，将两枚表头镶嵌在手镯正反面，一面以欧泊点亮白昼，一面以黑玛瑙映衬夜色，寓意“昼夜交替”，定价高达26万美元。
初次与她相遇，我并未立即捕捉到那份惊艳，直到将表扣轻覆于腕间，那一瞬间，锤纹金的光影仿佛沿着脉搏流动，黑玛瑙的深邃与金属的跃动彼此呼应，好像设计师隔着半个世纪向我低声召唤。那种感觉并非用寻常的“漂亮”两字就能表达，而是一种难以言喻的力量：既率性又优雅，凝如雕塑，动若乐章，让我忽然明白，原来美可以这样独特——只需贴近肌肤，便全然被它俘获。
