An extraordinarily rare high-jewellery vintage wristwatch by Vacheron Constantin, crafted in 18K white gold, case no. 9435, movement no. 563881, adorned with a bezel set with 72 brilliant-cut diamonds, powered by the Cal. 7‴-1005 manual-winding movement, the watch is accompanied by an Extract from the Archives confirming its production in 1969, comes with its original box, preserved in unworn condition.

According to the Vacheron Constantin Heritage Department, ladies’ wristwatches from this period typically bear six-digit case numbers, whereas the present example features only a four-digit case number. An Extract from the Archives subsequently revealed that this is an exceptionally rare and highly unusual vintage ladies’ wristwatch, neither produced as part of a series nor assigned a standard model.
